Hearing for Chabad Jewish Center of Toms River application cancelled

The hearing scheduled for the Board of Adjustment application put out for the Chabad Jewish Center of Toms River has been officially cancelled.

It had been set for 7:30 pm on April 14, 2016 at the Toms River High School North auditorium, and no new date was announced.

The scheduled hearing was cancelled as the application was dismissed and is pending on what happens with a lawsuit in federal court.
