Have You Seen the Seven Bridges Christmas Tree?

I have lived in the Seven Bridges road area for over 20 years now and this is the first time I noticed this mysterious Christmas tree! How have I missed this? It's a beautiful Christmas tree in the middle of the bay. I wonder who is responsible? It's really a cool thing and if your in the Tuckerton/Little Egg Harbor area it's worth a peek.

Anyone have any info on the mystery tree?
