Do You have a senior pet?

Our "Max" is almost 15 now and he is our senior pet. It seems like a lot of our friends, all our age, must have gotten pets around the same time ... because now many have "senior pets"  and with that we are all seeing our furry friends get older. Max is in pretty good health...he moves a little slower, can't hear so well and his eyes aren't as good, but he has moments where you'd think he was a puppy. We hope this will be the case for the rest of his life with us, but as a family with a senior pet ... you kinda have that in the back of your mind.

As you see (Above) Max has his days where he's a little achy and he enjoys his heating pad .....hey I like that on occasion myself, but I ask him if I can borrow it! As you can see (on the left) he has his days where he's as playful as a puppy and we try to take advantage of these times and play with him ...which usually leads to Max chasing us from room to room barking his head off!

What I'd like to do is have you tell us about your "senior" pet. Tell us what kind of pet, name and some fun facts about your furry family members .... Oh and give them a kiss from Shawn & Sue!
