Delovi Canales, Jr., 26, of Toms River, was charged today in connection with the theft and use of a debit card. Police say surveillance photos that they posted on their page led to the arrest.

A wallet containing a debit card was stolen in the parking lot of the Forked River House in Lacey Township on January 18, police say, and the card was used later the same night at the Wawa on Route 9 in Barnegat.

Police Detective William Hetrick retrieved images from the store's video footage, which were posted around 3:30 PM on January 24.

Police say that within two hours, one of the page's 2,000 fans identified Canales. Hetrick contacted him, and he turned himself in to be charged with a third-degree charge of criminal computer activity. Canales was released on his own recognizance to await a court date.
