Ryan Tomson, 32; Allison Wujack, 31; and Michael Giresi, 33, all of Forked River, were chaged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tomson was additionally charged with possession of hypodermic needles and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Cops also ticketed him for the tail light.

According to Manchester police, members of their Narcotics Enforcement Team stopped the 2004 Hyundai Sonata on Route 571 near the Toms River Line at about 8:26 PM when they spotted the faulty lamp.

Tomson showed signs of heroin use and Wujack appeared to be trying to hide something under the seat, police said. A search of the car revealed the drugs.

All three were placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in default of bail, which was set at $5,000 for Giresi and Tomson and $2,500 for Wujack, police said.
