Here are a few signs you might not be getting enough sleep...

Are you hugry all day?

Are you feeling overly emotional? 

Are you being clumbsy?  (this is me pretty much everyday, so I must be sleep deprived)

I'm not sure if any of us get enough sleep.  Work, kids, family...it's just so hard to get a good 8 hours of sleep at night.  I can't remember when I slept for 8 hours.
