With the deadline to apply for the first round of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) this Sunday, they want to make sure that everyone gets the help they need.  Township Spokesman Keith Rella says you will have the floor and there is no dumb question.  He says "anything you need or feel you need to ask, you can.  We are going to be there to provide you with some guidence."

Residents are encouraged to apply for Resettlement and RREM grants via the web site or by calling 855-SANDY-HM.  Residents can also visit the Housing Recovery Center located at 750 Vasser Avenue in Lakewood, in the industrial park.

The event takes place Saturday, June 29th from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the Brick Township Civic Plaza, located at 270 Chambers Bridge Road.
