Brick Church Burglary is Being Investigated

Brick Police are investigating the burglary of a church on Route 88 Thursday night. Captain John Rein says officers responded to an alarm at the Saint Rafael's Church just before midnight to find a side window smashed, a light on inside and a safe with $2-thousand dollars removed. Police noticed a white work style van travelling on a street parallel to the rear of the church but are not sure if it's connected. Anyone with information is asked to call the brick police department.
