The remains of Mario Francisco Arevalo Sola, 25, were spotted about 200 feet from shore and reported by Shenandoah Park security officers at about 11:20 AM. Police do not suspect foul play.

Responding officers found members of Sola's family, who said that they found some of his personal items on the shoreline while they were looking for him. Police said that they hadn't seen Sola since August 30.

Investigators are still collecting information regarding circumstances surrounding Sola's death. An autopsy by the Ocean County Medical Examiner will establish the cause of death.

Lakewood police offered condolences to Sola's family.
