Witnesses in Lakewood say they saw a man walk into Lake Shenandoah Friday night, and within minutes began signaling his arms for help before sinking into the water.

The search had been suspended late Friday as several dive teams from the area along with a state police helicopter commenced the investigation into the man's alleged disappearance.

A search mission continued Saturday and investigators weren't at the time able to find the man until this morning.

Howell, Brick, and Chaverium also assisted the Lakewood water rescue team.
