Audit Clears Barnegat Schools Of Ritacco Scandal

The Barnegat School District is free from the scandal faced by former Toms River School Superintendent Mike Ritacco with regards to its previous insurance broker.

Reports say, a forensic audit released this week found that the Barnegat district did not make payments to Federal Hill Risk Management Company when they served the district for one month.

The audit was requested by the district following two subpoenas from the U.S. Attorney's office seeking information about their dealings.
