11 Year Old Boy Goes Missing At Point Pleasant Beach

An 11 year old boy reported missing in the water off Point Pleasant Beach is found Friday afternoon, but not in the spot rescue crews were told he was last seen.

After a 25 minute search by lifeguards, Point Pleasant Police, and the fire department, the boy was spotted on the boardwalk.

According to a report by The Ocean Signal, the boy was last seen by his family in the water near Arnold Avenue.

The rescue effort also included a dive team and an alert to the U.S. Coast guard.
