That will depend on many factors according to a spokesperson from the Federal Bureau Of Prisons. Ritacco is in custody of the US Marshal's Office who are applying for a bed request from the Bureau.

When picking out a destination they'll consider the length of stay, past criminal history, education, and medical history as well as security concerns. The location however will be within 500 miles of the individual’s release address.

It's also not uncommon for prisoners to be transfered between facilities based on security concerns meaning with good behavior Ritacco could be transfered to facility with more inmate freedoms and privleges.
