What If You Find A Goat In Your Yard?

Weird question right?  We got an email from one of our listeners FB Lori...(that's what we call her.)  One

of her neighbors had a goat in her yard!?

She wrote to us asking if we could help in anyway.  She wrote saying that her neighbor was hoping to find the owner.  And how the neighbor doesn't want to just give it to anyone that may harm it.  Then she writes that her neighbor says the goat seems to be domesticated and very sweet.
