What Do You Do For A Red Raw Nose

Yesterday my daughter was sick with a cold and fever.

But here's the thing..every time she either has allergies or a cold, her little nose gets so red and soar under the nose.

I've always been a fan of Vaseline, but it just doesn't work for my little eight year old's nose.  ChapStick sometimes works for me.

What do you use for the raw part under your nose after blowing it?
