What Are Your Favorite Summer Destinations?

One of the things about living at a pretty major vacation destination is that we don't talk all that often about where we like to go to get away.

So while people in New York, North Jersey and Pennsylvania might pick the Jersey shore as their favorite summer destination, where do you like to go when you want to get away for a long weekend?

A lot of people I know from around here enjoy Ocean City, MD. A theater weekend in New York City is always a good choice, and Amish Country in Central Pennsylvania is also popular.

So if you're going to head out of Ocean County for a long summer weekend, where do you head?
