NEW YORK (AP) -A fourth woman is accusing Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain of making a sexual advance. Sharon Bialek has given graphic details of the alleged encounter she says happened in 1997 while in a car with Cain. Cain, who is denying all the allegations, says he'll give his response in a news conference Tuesday.

TOMS RIVER - A fallen soldier from Seaside Park who died in combat in Afghanistan last month will be coming home. The body of 26-year-old army Sargent John Lyons will be brought back to New Jersey Thursday. A viewing is planned for Saturday at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals in Toms River. The 2003 graduate of Central Regional High School was killed when he was attacked by insurgents October 26th. The American Legion and State Police will be escorting his body.

NEWARK - A former Keyport man heads to prison for 20 months in a guns for cash and drugs scheme. Reports say Monday's sentencing follows 32-year-old Patrick Dolan's guilty plea to possession and sale of stolen firearms. Dolan stole the weapons from a Fedex shipping facility in Eatontown where worked in 2007 and then sold them at public housing complexes in Newark. A co-defendant was sentenced in may to six years.

TRENTON - A Philadelphia man is charged as the third co-conspirator in a failed scheme to smuggle contraband into the garden state youth correction facility. Twenty-three-year-old Kenneth Richards appeared in a Camden federal courtroom Monday. Corrections officer Jermel Brown and Maurice-Brown-Harden of Camden were charged last week with funneling electronics and cell phones into the Burlington County facility for 12-thousand dollars from an inmate who was a cooperating witness.
