Top 10 Towns at the Jersey Shore [LIST]

New Jersey Monthly Magazine has published it's 'Top 100 Towns" in New Jersey edition for September and we have broken it down to the Top 10 here at the Jersey Shore in Ocean & Monmouth County ....

NJ Monthly used the independent research firm "Leflein Associates" to compile their list, based on factors like .... property taxes, median home sale prices, high school rankings, crime rate etc etc

• Rumson (4)
• Little Silver (26)
• Brielle (52)
• Holmdel (59)
• Spring Lake (62)
• Monmouth Beach (70)
• Fair Haven (71)
• Lavallette (74)
• Spring Lake Heights (76)
• Oceanport (78)

Burlington County did not have any towns in the Top 100.

Are you surprised only one town from Ocean County made the Top 100 ?
