Police in Toms River are attempting to identify a man who removed over $20,000 in jewelry from a vehicle parked behind a business on Water Street back on October 25th.

The suspect is a white male, about 5'10 and was observed on video going into the vehicle and removing a case with the jewelry. The victim was a Toms River resident and is in the jewelry business. The list of the loot ranges from loose diamonds, a women's 14K gold watch, a tennis bracelet, diamond stud earrings and various white and yellow gold chains.
