Toms River Haunted House Case In People’s Court

The Toms River couple who fled their rental home claiming it was haunted has their day in court: the People's Court! 

36-year-old Michele Callan and her fiance were in New York yesterday for a taping of the show.  They filed a suit against the landlord demanding their security deposit back.

The landlord filed a counter suit saying they just wanted out of their rental agreement because they couldn't afford it.  The show will air sometime in the near future.
