The Empanada Guy Gears Up For Great Adventure This Weekend

Six Flags Great Adventure is gearing up for one of its most popular annual events this coming weekend - the "Fast Tracks & Food Trucks" festival!

Today, we got a visit from a truck that will be familiar to anyone who regularly travels through Brick - The Empanada Guy, who you can find stationed outside the Ocean Ice Palace on Chambersbridge Road.

I had the opportunity to not only enjoy some hot, crispy empanadas, but chef Alex also gave me a rundown of what they'll have on the menu this weekend at Great Adventure, and talked about the upcoming Freehold Raceway Mall location.
