Fast Tracks and Food Trucks

Six Flags Great Adventure's "Fast Tracks And Food Trucks" festival is coming up this weekend! With a good forecast on the way, it'll be the perfect weekend to enjoy some time outdoors. But be sure to bring your appetite! I got a chance to sample the decadent dessert creations from Waffle De Lys, who stopped by the office. Check it out!

So, a funny thing happened today. While I was sampling the outstanding food from both The Chimney Cake Factory and The Mac Truck for the Fast Tracks & Food Trucks Festival at Great Adventure, I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd seen The Mac Truck's chef somewhere before. It turns out that I was right.

It's one of those parts of the job that make this career oh so challenging - having to taste delicious food.

You know, there are times that I have to make sacrifices for my job. And having to taste ridiculously good BBQ is just one of those tough parts of the job that I have to deal with.
