Take An Early Look At Seaside’s New Roller Coaster [Video]

It may seem like things go quiet at the beaches and boardwalks when winter rolls around, but workers have been busy in Seaside Heights as we realize that it's never too early to start counting down to summer 2017!

As the Seaside Heights boardwalk has come back from Sandy; businesses, restaurants, and entertainment have been not only returning to the boardwalk, but have been expanding and getting even better.

Add Casino Pier to that category.

Of course, we all remember the now famous photo of the roller coaster sitting in the ocean after the storm devastated the entertainment complex.

Casino Pier has rebuilt in the 4 years since Sandy, returning games and rides to the pier.

Well, this summer, a coaster will roll once again on the North end of the boardwalk. Take a look at the construction in progress, taken by my colleague Andy Chase:
