With only a few days left before Christmas, Old Saint Nick has a few words of friendly advice for New Jersey drivers: Start parking correctly at the mall or you could wind up with coal in your stocking Christmas morning!

There are two stories to these photos that I find to be fascinating. First, is the obvious - a person parked in a Walmart parking lot between spots so nobody could park next to them. And somebody got revenge without even touching the vehicle. Take a look:

All of the snow that we've gotten this winter has definitely caused some headaches here in Ocean County. From travel problems to school closings & delays, and even parking difficulties.

It's amazing how some people make simple driving maneuvers look like brain surgery. At least on this video that I posted earlier, the driver is in a challenging parking situation. But in the video below, the motorist is in a relatively wide parking lot and just can't figure it out. The best part is around the 1:30 mark when the driver next to the struggling person just zips right out in one smooth

As we get closer to the holiday season, the holiday shopping season will really ramp up. And you know what that means - the inevitable parking spot wars at the local malls and shopping centers. While some people can get pretty worked up about getting the perfect parking place swiped from them, this driver clearly took things a bit too far (to say the least). Watch for yourself:

Something struck me as I was walking down Robbins Street to grab lunch this afternoon - there are so many pieces of technology in our everyday lives that we don't even notice anymore.

Now that we're past the holidays, trying to find a parking spot at the Ocean County Mall or a popular store isn't as bad as it was, say, a month ago, but "the parking lot game", as a friend of mine calls is, is never fun. It can be stressful, and even dangerous.

Going into Memorial Day weekend, I covered the sure signs that it's Summer in Ocean County, one thing we didn't touch on though - trying to find a parking spot.
