Tis' the season for the best fresh fruit and veggies here at the Shore.

One of my very favorite summer foods is melon. Honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon are always nice, refreshing, healthy treats. But when it comes to actually choosing a melon, I still haven't found the perfect advice yet.

This is one of the best seasons for farm stands. From pumpkins and other squash, to apples and of course New Jersey's signature cranberries, fall produce is some of the best.

This week is "Farmers Market Week" in New Jersey, to coincide with 'National and State Farmers Market Week'.

Summer is here and the Farmers Markets are too!  We have some of the BEST produce in New Jersey!
