The Diocese of Trenton, which oversees nearly 700,000 Catholics across 97 Catholic parishes in Ocean, Monmouth, Burlington, and Mercer Counties, will have masses available for everyone to come and pray together.

Sunday mass (or Saturday night) will feel more like normal again for the first time in over a year for the Catholic faithful in the Diocese of Trenton and across New Jersey.

The Catholic Diocese of Trenton has taken another small step forward in brining the 730,000 flock of believers back together again across the 99 parishes by allowing outdoor/drive-in masses to take place beginning on Monday May 18.

The Bishop will celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving and Support via livestream for front line and essential workers, health care workers, first responders and frontline workers.

The 99 parishes across the catholic Diocese of Trenton are opening up their doors to the 730,000 community of believers for private prayer ONLY beginning on May 13.

Catholic churches across the Diocese of Trenton including here in Monmouth and Ocean Counties are offering a livestream mass this weekend and moving forward during pandemic.

"The first thing I always say in a time of crisis is that it's very important for people to keep as calm as possible," Catholic Diocese of Trenton Bishop David O'Connell told WOBM News.

The Diocese of Trenton and Bishop David O'Connell have extended their precautionary measures to now include the cancellation of all masses during the week and on the weekends.
