According to NJ.com, "The 76-year-old fish market on Long Beach Island is closing its doors and putting its property up for sale."
Surf City Fishery began in 1949, during a period when Long Beach Island was teeming with fishing activity. Over the years, it became a well-known, family-run business on the island.
