Skateboarder Sets Speed Record at Nearly 90 (Insane) Miles Per Hour
Get a load of this guy's set of wheels.
Skateboarder Kyle Wester etched his name in the history books when he set the record for fastest speed going downhill on a skateboard at 89.41 miles per hour. That blows away the current mark recognized by Guinness -- 81.17 miles per hour.
It's not clear where Wester set the record, but if you find a roadway with smoke rising on the blacktop you'll be on your way to locating it.
Wester shouldn't make too much of a habit out of going the kind of speed reserved for NASCAR. Of course, there's no guarantee the cops would be able to catch him to give him a ticket...
