Silver Alert Issued for Elderly Brick Township Man

A Brick Township 85-year-old last seen just after midnight today is now the subject of a Silver Alert in New Jersey.

James H. Fischer is described as six feet in height, 215 pounds, with grey hair and hazel-colored eyes. He might be wearing glasses, according to Brick Township police, and was wearing blue jeans and a navy blue-and-khaki-colored jacket.

Police say Fischer was last seen leaving Ocean Medical Center en route to westbound Route 70 in a grey Chevrolet Malibu with New Jersey license plates ZMY-72H.
