Shore Based Restaurant Chain To Open A New Location In Toms River

Just in case we haven't gotten enough new restaurants in Ocean County lately, Toms River will soon have another location of an original shore favorite.

That's right, people who live and work in the downtown area of Toms River soon won't have to travel down Hooper Ave. or into Bayville to enjoy a shore original with a Jersey Mike's sub.

If you've visited the Toms River Center shopping plaza, right off the Parkway on Route 37 lately, you may have noticed the darkened sign and under construction store that will soon morph into a Jersey Mike's restaurant.

According to the official website, the location is "coming soon", and you can tell that the construction process is still in its earliest stages. But I can tell you personally, as someone who works in downtown Toms River, it'll be nice to have a Jersey Mike's location within a literal 3 minute drive from my office.
