Shawn and Sue’s Pet of the Week! Meet Spaghetti

This adorable dog "Spaghetti" is looking for that forever home, maybe it's you or someone you know? There are many adoptable animals waiting for you at the Popcorn Park Zoo  in Forked River.

If you saw Spaghetti when she arrived in June, as a stray from the city streets, you wouldn't believe this is the same dog.  This sweet, friendly 5-ish year old dog was found with a basketball-size mass hanging from her hind leg and several other medical issues.  In two months, a world of difference has been made in Spaghetti.  Her masses are gone and she feels like a brand new dog!

Spaghetti is the happiest, most bubbly dog going!  Despite the rough life she obviously lived, Spaghetti is an absolute love.   She's full of personality and is so well-behaved, playful, active, and lovable.  She enjoys running and playing, and chasing after toys too.

She walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, and gets her tail wiggling in overdrive when you show her some attention.  She seems ok with larger dogs and loves people of all ages.  She's so deserving of a great new home and hopes that you'll give her a chance.
