The 2017 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree will be lit for the first time on Wednesday, November 29. The Tree will remain lit until 9pm on January 7, 2018.

Have you ever visited the Rockefeller Tree? I went once, and honestly...once is enough. The surrounding streets were packed shoulder-to-shoulder with people, it took forever to work through the crowd, and everyone was jockeying for the same position to get that perfect Instagram picture.

Unless you're doing something romantic like proposing (like our Digital Manager Brad did!), you spend way too much time to go look at a big tree. I'm usually a fan of everything Christmas, but the Tree is mostly overrated. I still can't count out bringing Baby Varacchi in a few years, though.
