Ocean Township woman caught purchasing heroin

An Ocean Township woman who didn't realize she had eyes on her when she was allegedly buying 12 bags of heroin is placed under arrest by the detectives who watched it all go down on January 11 around 10:55 am.

The detectives were conducting surveillance outside the Twinbrook Apartments when they saw the suspicious activity take place.

Jessica Bozza, 29, was stopped by detectives as she tried to leave the area in a cab.

She was found with the heroin and a hypodermic syringe, placed under arrest, processed and released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
