Last week, I shared that Toms River was ranked as one of the best places to celebrate Halloween in 2020. Now, TripsToDiscover.com has ranked New Jersey Number 5 in the country for Fall Spirit! Wow!

How did TripsToDiscover.com come up with the rankings? They said they considered how many pumpkin patches there are, they got the info from google searches about fall and fall activities, and they searched the number of tweets related to fall. Based on that alone, I can tell you that I wouldn't be surprised if my friends and I played a huge part in this ranking - we're always searching for all things PUMPKIN SPICE!

New Hampshire came in at Number 1, and Hawaii came in last (I'm not surprised there, I can imagine it would be hard to get into the Fall spirit when the weather is always warm and gorgeous).

I think this ranking for New Jersey is very accurate. First of all, there are SO MANY places to go pumpkin and apple picking. We've also got a ton of fun Halloween activities (even in 2020), like Hallowfest, Boo-at rides, even a pumpkin train! Towns throughout the state have adapted to make Fall festivities safe and socially distant. And residents are still going ALL OUT when decorating their homes.

I am so proud that New Jersey ranks so high in Halloween spirit. Click here to check out the full map from TripsToDiscover.com. If anyone needs me, I'll be sipping a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
