Samuel Harris, 31, was apprehended Wednesday at his Somers Point dwelling for the second time since his December 8 arrest with five others on suspicion of distributing less than a half-ounce of the drug.

Members of the Atlantic County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Unit and Somers Point Police took part in the arrest.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel says that Harris was issued a summons related to the drug charge but jailed on an unrelated municipal warrant and later released.

Harris was placed in the Atlantic County Jail. Municipal Judge Howard Freed set bail at $120,000, cash only.
