There’s just something about Halloween in New Jersey that we really love. Maybe it’s the cool fall weather, the changing leaves, and all those houses that go all out with their decorations.

And come on, who doesn’t love watching the kids get dressed up and run around the neighborhood looking for candy? You know they’re coming home with a bag full of treats!

Then there are the haunted houses, pumpkin picking, hayrides, and all the Halloween events happening around the state. New Jersey really knows how to have some fun in the fall.

I think a lot of it comes down to the memories. We remember going door to door as kids, and now we get to watch our own kids and grandkids do it. That’s what makes Halloween so special here. It’s fun, it’s a little nostalgic, and of course, there’s always plenty of candy!

A new Spirit Halloween store is opening in the Manahawkin Commons Shopping Mall on Route 72. The new store is next to TJ Maxx and near the Regal Cinemas. The store is in the process of being put together.
