Donald Wayne Boyce is listed as a missing person in the FBI National Crime Information Center. He had lived in the township's Whiting section since November 14 of last year, after being displaced during Superstorm Sandy, family members tell police.

The last known contact with Boyce occurred in late June or early July at the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, and again in late July by Atlantic City Police, say members of the Manchester Township police force.

Investigators believe that Boyce might still be in the Atlantic City or Ocean County vicinities.

Boyce is described as white, about 5'11" in height and weighing about 200 pounds. He wears tattoos in spots along his upper torso and extremities including his chest, shoulders, arms and hands and the back of his neck.

"One of a Kind" is tattooed to the back of his neck. A tattoo on his shoulder reads "Mom." A tattoo of a cross drapes the center of his back.

Police say that Boyce has no known means of transportation, cell phone, credit cards or banking cards.

If you know of Boyce's whereabouts or have seen him, reach Manchester Police Detective Dan Barker, 732-657-6111.
