Original story (8:20 a.m.): The same person who swam out to the partially sunken JetStar roller coaster after Superstorm Sandy is making news today by protesting atop a different ride at Casino Pier in Seaside Heights.

News 12 New Jersey's Jim Murdoch also posted a few pictures to Twitter:

UPDATE (8:30 a.m.): 105.7 The Hawk's Andy Chase was able to get to the boardwalk and shot some live footage:

UPDATE (10:12 a.m.): Chief Boyd informed our News Department that they were able to talk Chris down from the ride. He is being arrested for this morning's incident and will then be evaluated for his mental well being.
