Toms River Police catch up with the suspects in a parking lot robbery at the Ocean County Mall.  Two township residents reported being robbed of cell phones and a bottle of cough syrup by two men Tuesday afternoon.  The victims say when they attempted to recover their items, the suspects entered a black vehicle where one of occupants threatened them with a semi-automatic gun.

All four suspects were arrested in South Toms River and placed in the Ocean County Jail with bail at $75,000.

Arrested were Nyguan Brinson of Manchester, Richard Irving of Lakehurst and South Toms River residents, Devante Tinnery and Steven Reeves each are charged with robbery and possession of a firearm for unlawful purpose.

Police say the victims were meeting the suspects to sell a narcotic cough syrup for $50 dollars. The weapon, cough syrup and marijuana were recovered.
