Labor Day – The End of Summer or Just The Beginning?

So, here we are, in the last few days before Labor Day Weekend. For many, the unofficial end of summer. But, for those of us in the know, it's not the end of summer, it's just the beginning of "Locals Summer".

After Labor Day can be the best time for us locals to get out to the beaches and boardwalks and enjoy with our families.

Most of the crowds of tourists have left their summer rentals and headed home, back to school, and back to real life. But most of the boardwalk shops, games, and restaurants are still open. The weather should be nice for a number of weeks still, and one of the most important things will be much easier to work out:

Parking!

So is Labor Day Weekend the end of summer in your eyes, or just the beginning of "Locals Summer"?
