Six of Forbes Best Large Employers Are Located In New Jersey

Each year, Forbes puts together a list of America's Best Employers. They create these rankings based on responses from Current Employees, former Employees who worked at that company in the last two years, along with individuals familiar with a company through friends and family.

Six New Jersey-based Businesses made the list of Forbes Top 100 Best Large Employers for 2024:

*Novo Nordisk (Number One)
Originally founded in Denmark in 1925, the Novo Nordisk USA headquarters are in Plainsboro, New Jersey. A Biomedical company that does research, development, and marketing for health care products servicing patients dealing with Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity, and what is medically referred to as "Rare Diseases".

Located in Somerset, New Jersey is the IT Services Company that supports School Districts, Health Care Systems, Municipal Administrative Offices, and different US Military Departments. 22nd Century Technologies has local contracts with several entities including Rowan University and the Delaware River Port Authority.
