Isn’t It Romantic?

It's OK.  It's no secret, so I'm not spoiling a surprise.  Michael Buble is giving his wife a Smart Car for Christmas.

Suddenly, my Buble Fever is wandering.

Don't misunderstand me.  I think Michael is gorgeous, talented and I admire his choice of cars in going green.  I just don't think it's very romantic.

Michael can give his lovely bride a smart car any day of the week.  Christmas is the time for a beautiful pair of pink mittens.  Her favorite candy.  His and her initials hanging from a chain.  Even if she has all those things already!

Sorry Michael.  I would want to hold your hand wearing  my new pink mittens while we walk in the snow on Christmas.   A smart car, even if it had a big smart  bow on it, brings me to a screeching halt.

When I told Shawn Michael's  (The Ocean County Breakfast Show) about it, he thought it was a great present.  See what I mean?  Men really are from Mars.
