Howell Police Officer attempts to “lasso” a bull!

There was a bull who got angry when it saw the snow instead of the color red this morning in Howell Township. 

Howell Patrolman Louhier responded to a report of a loose bull wondering around Oak Glen Road.

He tried to "lasso" the 500-pound bull by using an emergency rope all officers are equipped with while using a utility pole as a barrier.

How did things end up?
