This is the time of year when we often do things because of tradition; for deep-rooted emotional reasons, wanting to keep family heritage alive through the generations, or just because they're comforting and feel good.  Soon, I will be wrapping presents while listening to my Partridge Family and Amy Grant Christmas albums. And I'll do this while sitting cross-legged on the floor.  At this age, I'd be a lot more comfortable sitting in a cushioned chair at a table but there's something about my annual routine that brings me joy, and I suppose brings me back to the good old days of my youth.  What's a little back soreness and leg stiffness when the time is well spent, getting gifts wrapped and putting me in the Christmas spirit?  What are some holiday traditions or processes you go through every year?  Is there something you'll be doing or cooking because it's a family or personal tradition?
