Three New Jersey men and a Connecticut resident are facing charges in Ocean Township after allegedly throwing a party with drinks and kegs of beer where several attendees were under 21-years old.

Ocean Township Police arrived at a home on Norwood Avenue around 11:37 pm on September 4 following a noise complaint that was called in.

Officers discovered a party going on where alcohol was being consumed by people under the age of 21-years old.

They then discovered partially consumed alcoholic beverages scattered throughout the home along with three kegs of beer.

The tenants of the residence were identified as Andrew J. Stock, 20, of Danbury, Connecticut, Noah Goldberg, 20, of Columbus, New Jersey, Anthony Melfa, 19, of Rutherford, New Jersey and Arben Djombalic, 19, of Milford, New Jersey.

All four were arrested and brought to the Township of Ocean Police Headquarters for processing.

Stock, Goldberg, Melfa and Djombalic were charged with providing a place for underage people to consume alcohol.

They were all released on complaint summonses and scheduled to appear at a future court hearing.

Police also issued township ordinance violations to four partygoers for consuming alcoholic beverages while under the legal age on private property.
