"The Township of Toms River in partnership with the Borough of South Toms River continues to thank Kim Guadagno and the members of Fulfill for making all of this possible. In the past three weeks we have distributed over 30,000 pounds of food to help our neighbors get through this pandemic. On behalf of the Township, I would also like to recognize Paul J Hulse and the members of Just Believe Inc who have been delivering food boxes everyday for the Township to people who are without or are physically incapable of getting out of their homes. We would also like to thank all of our volunteers who have been assisting with the distributions each Friday including the Toms River Office of Emergency Management." ~ Toms River Councilman Terrance Turnbach
