Exciting! New Drive Thru Convenience Store Sets It’s Eyes on Beachwood, New Jersey
Several months ago I did an article about the old Welsh Farms drive-thru convenience store in Beachwood, it's been some time since it closed its doors and I was asking what do you think would be a good fit for this particular location in Beachwood.
Well, the answer is now obvious. This week I told you about the new Farm Stores Drive-Thru Convenience Store that is opening today (7/30) with a soft opening at its location on Route 37 in Toms River. That being said .... we now know that Farm Stores is expanding in Ocean County and has taken over the former Welsh Farm location on Route 9 in Beachwood. The Toms River location is the first in New Jersey and Beachwood looks to be their second location here in the Garden State.
According to a recent APP.COM article, it looks like officials are looking to open the new Farm Stores Drive-Thru Convenience Store sometime in September, so it's just several weeks away until it opens.

So if you are a resident in the area have you missed the former Welsh Farms Drive-Thru? Are you looking forward to this new "drive-thru" convenience store in Beachwood?
Farm Stores first opened in 1958 and are known for their convenience and their daily fresh baked bread and their fresh-squeezed orange juice. Not to mention daily staples like milk, coffee, cereal etc.
There is more expansion with Farm Stores in Ocean County, we will keep you posted on future sites that may be opening down the road.
