Does Music and Politics Go Well Together? [PUBLIC OPINION]

Recently we have seen a lot of musicians getting political. Artists like Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Madonna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry have all voiced their political thoughts and were very active during this last Presidential Election. Some of the artists even imposing their political thoughts into their concerts. During the 60's music played a big part in politics and social reform, but is it a different day and age?
