Researching someone online before going out on a date with them, do you do it? Read more and vote!

This article calls it "pre-stalking" (which makes it sound kind of creepy if you ask me, let's stick with "researching"), and they say that 55% of men polled admitted to checking out their date's Facebook page first.

So what do you think, is it weird to research someone before going on a date, or is it simply a modern way to get to know them a little better first? On the same hand, are there limits? Is Facebooking ok while doing a more in depth Google search may be a little too much?
