As New Jersey gets set to welcome its new Governor Phil Murphy, the Garden State also gets set to see the possible legalization of marijuana. According to a recent Patch article, legal weed could bring in an estimated 1 billion dollars. That's the estimated amount of money that recreational marijuana could bring to Jersey in its first year, according to a recent report. Governor-Elect Murphy insists the state will go through with it and “do this right and protect our kids.” But many feel it may not be the "right" thing for the state, despite the cash windfall...
